Why is my dental clinic website not getting enquiries?
The most common cause is a single page listing every treatment, so it ranks for none of them. After that: no prices, no tappable phone number, no WhatsApp option, and a site that is slow on the phones patients actually use.
Should we publish treatment prices?
We recommend ranges with a line on what moves them. Dental care in India is largely self-funded, so cost is often the deciding factor. Clinics that publish nothing get more calls, and a large share of those calls end at the price.
Do we need a separate page for each treatment?
Yes, if you want to be found for them. Someone searching for implants has different costs, different worries and a different decision from someone booking a cleaning. Separate pages also let you answer each set of questions properly.
How do patients in Delhi actually book?
Phone and WhatsApp, far more often than a web form, especially for a first appointment. Make the number tappable on every page, add a WhatsApp button, and keep the form as a third option rather than the only one.
Do we need a Google Business Profile?
Yes, and for local search it matters more than the website. The map pack is fed by profile data, so without one you cannot appear there regardless of how good the site is. Keep the details identical to your site and to your Practo and JustDial listings.
Can we show before and after photographs?
With written patient consent covering website use, and presented honestly without retouching that misrepresents the outcome. Advertising rules for medical and dental services in India are worth confirming with your own advisor, and we build the gallery so any required wording sits with the images.
Can our reception team update the site?
Yes. Timings, team members, treatments offered and prices should all be editable without a developer. Clinic details change often enough that depending on an agency turnaround means the site goes stale.
We have several clinics. How should that work?
One page per location, each with its own timings, team, photographs and local schema, under shared branding. Each page needs genuinely different content, because duplicated pages with only the area name changed rarely rank.
