Delhi NCR

Website development in Delhi without the guesswork.

Website design and development for businesses across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. Here is what actually decides what a website costs, and what the cheapest tier quietly leaves out.

Overview

What a Delhi business website has to do

Website development in Delhi spans an enormous range, from a few thousand rupees for a template set up in a weekend to several lakh for a custom build with research, copywriting and integrations. The number itself tells you almost nothing. What decides value is what is included, who owns it afterwards, and whether anyone is accountable when it breaks.

01

Load fast on a mid-range Android

Most of your visitors are not on a flagship phone or a good connection. A design that only feels quick on a laptop in the office loses people on the way to work. We hold builds to Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds and give you the report.

02

Be found across NCR, not just Delhi

Buyers search by their own area: Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad. If you serve them, that needs pages with genuinely different content per area, not one page with the name swapped, which search engines treat as thin and rarely rank.

03

Answer the questions that come before the call

What exactly do you do, who have you done it for, and roughly what does it involve. Sites that answer these get fewer enquiries and better ones. Sites that answer none get calls that end in ninety seconds.

04

Work for buyers outside India too

Many Delhi businesses sell to clients abroad. That changes what the site needs: clarity on time zones, process for remote engagements, and proof a buyer who will never visit your office can rely on.

05

Be something your team can update

Prices, staff, services and hours change. If updating them means emailing a developer who may or may not reply, the site goes stale within a year. You should get a CMS and a walkthrough.

06

Belong to you

Code, design files, domain, hosting and analytics should transfer to you unconditionally when the project is paid for. In this market that is not the norm, which is exactly why it is worth asking about in writing.

Pricing

What actually drives the cost of a website

FactorWhy it moves the numberWhat to ask
Template or custom designA template is configured in days; custom design is researched, drawn and builtIs this a template, and can I see it before we start?
Who writes the copyWritten copy is real work; placeholder text is notWho writes it, and is it included?
Number of pages and servicesEach service you want found separately needs its own pageHow many pages, and which?
IntegrationsCRM, payments, booking, inventory. This is where budgets overrunWhat connects, and what happens when it fails?
SEO foundationsStructure, schema, speed, redirects, analyticsIs any of this included or billed later?
Who maintains itUpdates, backups, security, hostingWhat happens in month two?
OwnershipWhether you can leave with everythingIs transfer written into the contract?

Two quotes for what sounds like the same website can differ enormously and both be honest, because they are not the same project. Ask every bidder to quote the same page count and the same inclusions and the comparison becomes possible.

What to avoid

What the cheapest tier leaves out

Usually excludedWhy it matters later
Written copyYou supply the words, or the site launches with filler nobody reads
A page per serviceOne combined page competes for every search and ranks for none
Redirects on a rebuildPages that ranked return 404 and the traffic goes to a competitor
Speed workUncompressed images make the site slow on the phones most visitors use
Analytics and conversion trackingYou cannot tell whether it works, so you cannot improve it
Ownership of the codeLeaving means rebuilding rather than moving
Anyone accountable after launchSomething breaks and there is nobody to call

None of this makes a low-cost website wrong. If you need one page with your address and a phone number, that is genuinely all you need and we would rather say so than sell you something larger. It becomes the wrong choice when the site has to compete in search, sell more than one service, or convert paid traffic.

Services

What we build in Delhi NCR.

01

Ecommerce development

Payments configured for how India pays, GST invoicing, COD rules by pin code and courier integration.

02

WordPress development

Custom block themes rather than page builders, disciplined plugin use, and maintenance that prevents the usual rot.

03

Website redesign

Redirect mapping and content parity, so the rebuild does not cost you the rankings you already have.

04

Custom web development

When custom is genuinely justified and when a platform already does it, including the custom PHP question this market keeps asking.

05

Landing page design

Campaign pages with message match, one goal and tracking configured before the spend starts rather than after.

06

Website maintenance and AMC

What a real maintenance contract covers, and the exclusions most AMCs leave out until the month you need them.

04

Law firms and advocates

Practice area pages that rank, kept within the advertising restrictions that apply to advocates in India.

05

Manufacturing and export

Capabilities, capacity and certifications, written for a buyer who will never visit the plant.

06

Schools and coaching

Fees, results with cohort sizes and named faculty, which is what a parent actually compares.

07

Hospitals and clinics

Organised the way patients search: by condition, by department and by doctor name.

12

Pharma and healthcare

Certifications high on the page, product lists searchable by molecule, and careful handling of a restricted sector.

13

Car dealers and workshops

Inventory that search engines can actually read, which is where most dealer sites fail without anyone noticing.

Marketing

Getting the site found.

01

SEO services

What actually moves rankings, realistic timelines, and leading indicators you can check yourself in Search Console.

02

Google Ads and PPC

Your own account, conversion tracking before spend, and reporting on cost per qualified enquiry rather than clicks.

04

Local SEO

The map pack is fed by your Google Business Profile, not your website. Here is what actually drives it.

What to ask any Delhi web design company

Ask themA good answer sounds likeWalk away if
Who owns the code and design files? You do, unconditionally, written into the contractOwnership depends on staying with them
Can I see three live sites you built?URLs you can open and check yourselfScreenshots and a portfolio PDF
Who writes the copy?A named person, scheduled before designNobody mentioned copy until week six
What is explicitly not included?A written list, with change pricing agreed up frontEverything is included, which means nothing is defined
What happens to rankings in a rebuild?Redirect mapping raised unpromptedThey say the new site will just rank better
Who does the work day to day?People you meet before signingThe pitch team is never seen again

The exclusions question is the one most people forget and the one that decides whether the final invoice matches the quote.

How we work

01

An India team, working globally

We work with brands across the United States, UAE, Ireland, Germany, Australia and India. The same team and the same process, which means the standard does not change depending on where the client is.

02

Everything visible while it is built

Standups, recorded walkthroughs between calls, and a staging link you can open any time to see exactly where the build is rather than waiting for a reveal.

03

Straight answers about fit

If your project is smaller than what we are useful for, we will tell you and point you at the sensible option. A client we should not have taken is bad for both of us.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does website development cost in Delhi?

The range is enormous, from a few thousand rupees for a template configured in a weekend to several lakh for a custom build with research, copywriting, integrations and SEO foundations. The number on its own is meaningless until you know what is included, so ask every bidder to quote the same page count and the same inclusions.

Why do website quotes in Delhi vary so much?

Because they are usually not the same project. One includes design, written copy, a page per service, speed work, tracking and ownership of the code. The other includes a template, your logo, and a launch. Both can be honest quotes for very different work.

Is a cheap website a bad idea?

Not always. If you need one page with your address, services and a phone number, a low-cost site is genuinely enough and we would rather say so. It becomes the wrong choice once the site has to compete in search, sell several services, or convert paid traffic.

How long does a website take?

Two to four weeks for a small business site once content is ready, five to nine weeks for a larger site. The stage that slips is almost always content, so we send a list at kickoff of exactly what to gather.

Do you work with businesses in Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad?

Yes, across NCR. If you want to be found in a specific area, that needs a page with genuinely different content about serving it. Duplicated pages with only the city name changed are treated as thin content and rarely rank.

Do you have an office in Delhi?

We are an India-based team working with clients across six countries. We do not publish a Delhi walk-in address, and we would rather state that than imply a local office. Everything is visible through staging links and recorded walkthroughs as it is built.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do. Code, design files, domain, hosting and analytics transfer to you on final payment, unconditionally and not conditional on staying with us. This is worth getting in writing from whoever you hire, because it is not the norm in this market.

Do you write the content?

Yes, and it is included in the projects we quote. Copy is written before design so the layout is built around real words rather than placeholder text stretched to fit. If you have a writer already, we work to their draft.

Will my website rank on Google?

On-page work makes you eligible: proper structure, a page per service, local schema, fast loading. Ranking also depends on your Google Business Profile, reviews and how competitive your area is. We build the site side properly and tell you plainly what the rest takes, rather than promising a position nobody controls.

Can you redesign our existing site without losing rankings?

Yes, and it requires mapping every existing indexed URL to a destination before launch and keeping the content that was ranking. Most redesign traffic losses come from missing redirects and pages cut for design reasons, both preventable.

What platforms do you build on?

Whatever fits your team and roadmap: custom code, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or headless. We recommend based on who will maintain it and what it needs to do rather than what is convenient for us.

How do I get a quote?

Send your page count, the services you want pages for, any integrations and your launch date through the enquiry form. We reply with a fixed-scope proposal you can compare line by line against any other bid.
